F1 Racing outside catering!
Preparing and cooking food one day be4 F1.
Vaccum-packing hot food sauces for the 3days.

Hilton hired ITE culinary students to help us for this event.

This is Deborah, my Sec sch bball junior, nw she's a culinary student ^_^

For kitchen staff, Only 4 of us girls went and the rest are guys.

Santi, Yiling and Charmaine.

In charged at Amex(american express) 106pax function rm.

Thx to Chef William Toh and Santi for helping me at my side.

Be4 tat was a old man in charge but he dont know wad is wad, kaoz, he's so extra.

I kicked him out of my side.

Chef Martin very famous sia, even other company girls cme look for him to take photo.

F1 is fun! But super tiring to work 13hours a day.

BIHTM DINNER
AUSTRALIAN(KNGAROO) BUFFET
This is my BIHTM classmates, half class came onli.
After work, meet up wif my classmtes and Yiling for dinner.
Buffet sucks! But wad we ate e most is Oyster, whack all!
Everyone is complianing abt projects, assignments and reports not done yet.
Due date coming and exams too. Haven even prepare te things 2 b brought over 2 switz.
Out of time!!!
I can do nth, just to pray and giv them moral support. ^_^
Azmi and Johnson entertaining us after dinner.
Realli very gay and funny lo. Anyway they drank alot of wine liao.
Tats y got so active suddenly. Haa~

Johnson brought us to boat quay and then Prinsep street for drinking.

We sang, took lots of pics, play game and chatted.

Martell, chivas, tiger and wine is wad we drank.

All of us super high, Ray n stella drunk!

Woke up and felt so excited coz i tot im gonna see Calvin Korkor later.
After awhile Huiwen called n say Korkor 'pangseh" us not gg le.
Aiya nvm, we used 2 it le. Meet up ah wen n Alex at Hilton to deco the cake.

Ah xiong our hilton supplier came to fetch us over to Chef john's hse.


Reached, sat awhile, eat and YES WE DRINK.
Beer from BREWERZ, Golden ale.

Very SICK n PEKCEK!
After gg hilton wif froggy, get my petty cash,
tot of doing smth alone so i
went Bugis.
Within 45mins i bought 3tops and shoes.
Spend $80.
It has been quite aometime after i can shop so happily le.
Met "mom" for a puff, had a short chat after she goes back to work.
Mochi ice-cream is so yummy! ^_^

Famous Fried-Fish beehoon for my teabreak.
Haha sounding like a auntie hor? hehe
