2nd attempt to my practice on my competition 2day.
Yes was thinking n searching books wad easier n better way of doing my dish.
I was thinking of combining my Veg n starch 2gether, n my chef gave me idea hw i can do it.
Of coz my lamb gonna do it more cleanly n nicely 2 improve
the impression of e tasters on e 1st eye when they see e dish.
Now tat i've confirmed i wanna do it tis way, nowim onli worry abt the sauce
gg wif the Lamb n Layer veg & startch. Not 2 forget the garnish oso, ahhss
CRACKING MY HEAD N EXPERIMENTING.
Everything gonna finish within 1hour the most n its FOUR of e same dishes.
Gonna train on my speed too.
I need 2 do it more fine n presentable.
Practice n practice!
