Still winning the beef salad for tis dish, why? Coz i think its bcoz of be4 serving the guest, i gatinate the pan-fried patty with cheese and pineapple salsa til its golden brown. And so as the hot n sweet juice inside will get ready to spill out when the customers bite them. >_'
