Late for OT, Hassan my banquet head waiter was later den mi as he needa drive us and e food 2 e destination. I love 2day's outside catering coz i like the hse, swimming pool is small but beautiful. Whole hse was well structure n nice WOW!

1st O.T outside catering of the week. Aiya how can miss out a 300 over pax set dinner function without me?! haha im now the O.t queen ks. as if. = A nice building tat i've been in once n i lovett place n now im there for a private function. Its the brown building behind Raffles hospital which named 'parkview lane' if im nt wrong.

Its was bit messy wen setting up, n no jobs divided in order n every1 is like helping wadever the nxt course before picking up. My chef william is veri stress n bit blur 2day. Can see he's heart is nt a work 2day, 1st time see him like tat n we din realli ask him wad 2 do nxt as he's busy toking n checking thngs on fone n stuff.

Haiz bcoz of his blur-ness n our diam-ness he kanna scolded by the white hair Mr WOO. Kaoz i noe its our fault coz e pigeon was too raw wen we served. Cut 600pax spring roll vege for 2day and tml. Climb up 2 my frigdge 2 get spring roll skin n e box is super heavy like hell. I used lotsa strength n os my back strength 2 carry it down. Great, i pulled my right shoulder, i nearly cry, the pain feeling can kill mi at e moment. Luckily no1 saw my expression. Continue cutting n doing things wif my right hand. I shud train my left hand now. How i wish i can tell chef i dun wanna work Outside catering tml, but of coz i will cm tml, coz its my off day n it double pay!! yays!

Find mom in her rm after my bath after work. Mom asked mi hav i planned wad i wana do for my 21st bday. We discussed abt it, n i told her i wanted 2 go oversea 4 a holiday be4 my bday n competition. She dun allow =( coz she said i shud concentrate on my competition n after tat e go n relax or else if i wanted 2 go be4 competitn she wun sponsor my trip. Keke, of coz i agree n mae a deal wif her. We chatted less den 10mins suddenly she said shes feelin not well, like fainting n hard 2 breathe. She ate be4 she came hm 1hr ago, n she say maybe shes hungry. We went down 4 dinner. She onli ate 2 mouth of rice n few sip of soup. She asked mi 2 make hot 3 in 1 cereal for her and onli drank 1/4 of it. She then lie on bed, i asked her if shes ok, she shae her head, but dad turn over n asked hr again she said yes. WTF! Dad's temper was veri bad juz now, i tink mom dn even dare 2 tell him shes not ok wif his idiotic temper. Mom is there veri xinku n he juz actd like mom's xinku its her fault o wad. Kaoz. Within 5mins mom slept. I was worry, i woke her up and asked hr if shes ok if nt i bring her 2 e doc. She said ok i juz wana slp. Dad immediately scolded me, 'she slp liao call her wake up for wad!' I scolded him back 'ya la we sick or wad is always our fault, now mom xinku oso her fault! Is tis the way u like pple 2 treat u when u're sick?! Tats y i nv make u'll worri abt me, u noe why?! Hee im nt late for checkup tis time. Saw huiwen's mom at e same clinic as mine, so qiao. Long queue at parmacy =\Then meet up Yiling n meli, bought tix 4 movie at Cathy. Ph came too =) We had our dinner at a sushi restaurant at e basement. Its a fresh n nw concept 2 order n get our food. Nice foodthere too, go try it pple!

Meli n yiling went play pool.

Ph brought mi 2 Rocher rd a Beancurd shop 2 eat. Its raining heavily but we dun care, we wet ourselves from Cathy to rocher rd(after paradize centre). The bean curd n Youtiao realli ver nice lor. *THUMBS UP*

Super tired after yday's wedding and came back sg, slept few hrs onli n needa wake up at 5am 2 go 2 work. Wad the hell la! I almost forgot 2 wake up luckily Lawrence gav mi morn call. Thx huh ah pek haa.

Me n meli is in charge for tis 5000pax charity. We, Hilton provides sandwiches n cheesecake 2 sell. Was super tired, sleepy n boring til i hide at a corner slept for 1hr. But wads best is selling less den half wad we hav n doing nth there getting double pay for 11hours. Wahahas! =p bleh!

After work at 7pm, meet up Ph at hilton n we went 2 Hardrock Cafe 2 hav our dinner. It was a veri happy n wonderful dinner. With songs tt we like, frenly crowd and delicious food. =) Went 2 Lido for movie, after tt walk back 2 hilton n sat infront of hotel 2 chat. A week of tired-ness, pekcek-ness, slpy-ness n at last ended with happiness n smiles =)

MY HANDSOME COUSIN, WEI FAN'S WEDDING @ JB!!!Pick up Ah ling n uncle at Bt.Panjang at 7am den we headed 2 jb, my cousin's hse. reached abt 8am+ and we waited for Ah fan 2 bring the bride back. Arrival of e bride the lighted e fire crackers. Haha so fun and so funni those guys jumping around. I've nv seen real fire crackers of my life, at last i get 2 see it pop infront of mi.

Started the normal chinese wedding procedures, den everybody started 2 rest n having buffet. My cousins n i started singing coz we realli nth 2 do n damn boring n hot. We sang from10am to 2pm den went 2 e restaurant for e proper wedding lunch.

Earlier tis year, my frens at hilton working in diff kitchens, slowly resign one by one including my best fren. Already get thru n use 2 it without them @ hilton le, coz at least still hav other dept frens. Now its juz getting from bad 2 worst situation wif no more frenly, no feeling like a big family, hatred, more endurance, stress added and more work. Know why? Bcoz my frens from most dept n esspecially banquet pple is either resign or ask 2 leave hilton bcoz the new management of hilton dn wan old staff n hav their own lazy workers. Those new ones r realli fark up one including the managers n captains, all sucks. More sian is my fren Ebon resign frm banquet n work at flower shop beside my restaurant is also asked 2 close shop n leave coz of they gt their our flower suppliers. Wad is the world coming to. But still i will endure n b strong 2 stay. But seriously their dicision 2 change new staffs is realli stupid coz they cant even control e new ones. Nv i'll juz see how great r they. Ya life there's new frens, colueges n habits etc. Sometimes things r nt gd u change them coz some will hurt u deeply. Let GOOO!! Firstly, im nt late today and prepared everything on time n at 12pm service-time customers started 2 cm in and started 2 get busy. Cook n serve evrything smoothly n none stop til 3pm its finally quiet. I went 2 locker 2 xiao slp awhile, n i tot realli will b quiet le. Hmm but im wrong.

Slept for 5mins Alex kor called n said Amy jie n him coming glow find mi n wan mi cook 4 them. Yea ha at last after so long gt pple come find mi. At e same time i had new orders. After awhile jie n kor came den i recomend them 2 eat LASANGE n PHAT THAI( thai prawn noodles). And since amy wanted 2 drink soup( which is potato soup today) i make 2 for both of them. After i served the soup n i was cooking their main courses, ah kor called mi when i was inside n said 'wei u faster come out!!! Cao Ge is outside!' I dun beleive at 1st but i still peep out n i saw him, BUT for my info he's nt tat short den i turm back 2 my cooking n tink for awhile. Kor calld again 'eh y u walk back 2 kitchen!! come out reali its him i sompa, the tattoo is the same, trust me!' I went out n see again, Cao Ge turn n bac face mi n i saw his tattoo and yes im sure its him. I SUDDENLY TURN CRAZY!!! Cao Ge and his two 'jin ji ren' ordered food n sat directly infront of my kitchen woohoo!

They ordered Chicken salad, beef sandwich and tofu burger the best sellers =)

I was shy, so i asked my service in-charge to ask him if i cud take a photo with him when he's paying. I was gg 2 walk out n the 'jing ji ren' is paying said Yes . Cao Ge asked 'u wana take phoo with me rite, hao ah lai.' WAHAHAHAHS Whe takin n i was sitting a gap from Gary haha den he said ' m i tat scary, u can sit closer.' I ans him ' u come closer la!' At tt moment i tot he'll just move in quietly coz he quite shy too but i was surprised he answered back ' i closer den closer lor so fierce.' Wahahahha!!!!

After work met Lawrence for dinner and he help mi found the red mushroom!! Thx for entertaining mi after a tiring n happy day working keke =D

Yea drank Hoogarden. Of all types of beer tis is my fav. Ate kor's porriage again. Watch dvd hahaha, wad a day. Chat alot of 'fei hua' n cant finish the oter 2 bottles so i told veron 2 keep fr mi til e nxt time i come. U noe wad she do!!!??? 'xw u realli wana keep? haha OK!'
