I do things veri slowly 2day.
Its 3pm n my chef suddenly giv mi a function sheet of 80pax spring roll. Y suddenly giv mi leh? Coz he nearly forgot! evrytimelidat kaoz, luckily is onli 80. I cut it fast but do it damn slowly coz haha super tired n my eyes n smaller den usual size =p

O.T FOR OUTING CATERING
1200PAX FUCTION @ ORCHID COUNTRY CLUB (YISHUN)
Loading the food items 2 the truck.
Unloading.... Briefing n grouping, cant take the whole grp of pple coz their tall (n im short=p) The grand-ballroom.
Magaratred-prawns with mango chuntney and Parmasan trwil.
Chicken roulade acc by baby potatos on pumpkin mash n decorated with yam chip & edible flowers.
Baked spinach candelone and blanched vege wif pesto.
Hazelnut royaltine bar wif mix brrys n choco curl.
Plating..checking for dirty n not nice plates.
The whole thing ended at 11pm since 430pm we reached. Sian n boring function but shiock coz din realli do much things n eveybody is like chatting away n happily i get double pay today! =)
Went back hilton 2 bath n change up. When gg out security entrance i was dragged 2 97. Haiz. Stayed til 3am n richard fetch me 2 serangoon 2 meet up wif Jolyn n wini. We chat til 6am n iwet back hm 2 bath n den 2 work str8 away. @_@

SUPER SHAQ DAY
After acoustic went back hm n took a bath, i went 2 work at 7.30am. Luckily chef is off today arbo he see mi high when working he'll tok lame jokes again, n when im so tired cum high-ing still need 2 act as if his joke is funny. Its f**king busy 2day n im alone n no one bother 2 help, but i can do it, n we earned $1400+ in 3hours woo!! Almost finishing work mom called mi 2 ask if im gg home 2 eat coz she's cooking dinner 2nite since after so many years! Of coz i said 'yes'!
(And the missing chicken soup =P)
Reached hm i str8 away go 2 my parent's rm n they shouted 'YO' 2gether 2 mi. Haha i was shocked coz at e same time my dad smile while playing wif his fake tooth! Funny him. Watch tis video, my mom acting cute n when im eating dinner wif them. I love mom she so cute!
At abt 10pm dad, xuan n me fetch mom 2 the airport as shes gg 2 china tonite. At tat moment in e car i was tired til i slept on e whole trip. Reached le i went down e car n mom said ' wei u tired u go back in e car den go hm la dun need walk wif mi 2 e departure hall, but hor i realli wan u 2 walk wif mi til there lor.' =\ piangs! After sending mom we went 2 a cafe stall 2 buy tuna sandwich, its super duper delicious n i woke while biting e 1st bite. But after finish eating i slp in e car immediately haha. Bon voyage mom! muacks!
