Went work wif quite a gd mood but when i topping up my condiments whereby i need some raisins, so i went 2 pastry. My baker chef str8 away say mi, cant u juz ask ur chef 2 order ur on needs so u dun hav to go shopping around all e depts every morning. I jitao hot. I answered, ' eh chef if change tat u is me will u tell ur chef in charge wad other chefs said to u in a veri irritating manner? And all of u tis chefs nt happi seeing mi taking ur things juz complain or bring out at meeting la, wads the big deal man, wun u'll b tired everyday telling mi the same things? You think i keep on shopping everyday i like!? I just noe tat my job is topping up all the things n get ready al my food be4 service time. I did tell my chef n remind him 2 order things everyday but at last wad he do i reali cnot say much coz i dun tink is my business, n its not nice 4 mi to say those words to him! chef john u understand anot? u try gg ard and every chef tell u 'hey can u knn ask ur chef 2 order things? see wad u'll ans them man'.
Afterall i din realli get angry coz i use 2 it le. After work i went vivian hse 2 eat 'mee wun kueh'. Its very gd k haha n im blogging at her hse oso playing wif her 2 kids. K la gg hm now my shoulder damn hurt n tight.

I woke up quite earli at 6am n tink of gg hotel 2 hav breakfast be4 work. But my shoulder is still pain n now my left side oso kanna, luckily last nite i put tiger bum a least ok abit. Aiyes miss my breakfast i slp til 8am den go 4 work.
As usual at work do same things, today still ok n happi at work coz the fake lady(service staff) is on leave til nxt week YEA!
After work actually i wanted 2 go hm, but den suddenly feel like walking ard alone see i can get aithing for myself anot. I went taka, heeren n cine. But din get anithing for myself, the onli thing i realli wanted 2 do is eat thai food. So i went paragon 'thai express' 4 dinner alone. I ordered beef noodles, the soup n beef is super duper nice. =D
Went back hm after tat n i check my horoscope i was shock. I did wad is said on e horoscope 2day, haha so does it mean its veri true? =)

Shoulder WORST! Dun wana see doc coz scare pain. Quite moody but at noon my restaurant lady boss brought her granddaughter 2 let us see. I forgot wads her name, anyway shes veri cute n playful haha. =D
Chef went for a meetin 2day n its abt '5days wrk for kitchen staff'. Hai i dun agree with tat coz we kitchen pple is already super short of mnpower liao n if 5days work starts we gonna work 1hr or 1 +half hrs of work to our normal shift. And if my dept is nt busy i hav 2 help other dept. I DONT WANTTTT!!! HMPH! =( Heard tat gg to start nxt week. Hope nth bad will happen i already veri sian of work liao!

I PULL(LA DAO)/SPRAINED MY SHOULDER >_<
Woke up at 530pm n being forced 2 wake up 2 go for dinner by my dad. The moment i open my eyes i juz felt tat i cant move to my right. Its from my right neck,shoulder to my right arm. The feeling is like when u just move abit the sharp n deep pain just shoots me. I din reject 2 go eat coz they'll ask alot of 'why' unless is im meeting frens or wad. Be4 gg fo dinnr i went 2 TanTockSeng 2 visit my grandpa's bro, coz he got 'Mang chang' cancer. If he goes on positively, he still can survive 2-6months. But th prob is he gave up by n eating, nt listening 2 us n keep on asking us to tel the doctor 2 jab him 2 death. Then i say 'lao peh, u tnk u're an animal? U tink e doc can just jab u 2 death? The prob is there's no such thing 2 jab human death?' He juz dun care, the whole day my mom said he've been saying 'ask the doc2 jab mi'. AIYES y man, at 1st i was like gg 2 scoldhim, 2 of my uncle leave us liao u wan 2 be the 3rd meh!? But i din, coz mom says we've no choice if he juz wanted 2 give up lidat, n he's 82ys old le n nth 2 do wif no children b his side onli us. I oso duno la, i'll juz b more den happi he's alive day by day. Lao peh jiayou!
I was quite bad mood the whole day coz of the pain. But its realli small case compare 2 the previous one i've got during xmas last yr. It was triple the pain, i een canot tok loudly n walk fast coz its fucking pain, but wadim ding a tat time? Im packing xmas hampers, cookis n cakes n walking ard hotel 2 makesure all my part-timers r working.
Sis gave mi the magazine i wanted all e time but din get it for quite sometime le. Im juz collecting it. Its available at sportslink, 77th street. Go get for mi the nxt collection ah. COZ I WA COLLECT ! THANKS SIS =D

NOw im at tanglin halt, Veron's fren internet cafe. its 8.05am. After eating wif ah kor, told mi abt i shud not bother those who dun appriciate mi. We always put ourselves in other shoes, why not now put them in our shoes. Those pple we dun need becoz of they request something, we do it for them. I will go find them or do for them coz i already promise( step heart ) them liao. Kor scolded mi at i shud not bcoz of them i go for them, in the end wad i get? i get 'pang seh'. HAPPY BDAY MEIZHI 20/8/07
Alrite tis weeks special food at my restaurant is th thai spicy beef noodles. Its the bes selling food and my regular customers love it. They can even order 2 bowls for one. =D Even my GM shows thumbs up. GM's wife will never miss a day without te beef noodles. I can realli say tis time de beef noodle improved because other then beef soup, beef ball, beef rump, beef sirloin. He added BEEF TUMMY!!! Its super duper delicious. Yea come try ok itsonli for this week. =D i ate 3 bowls 2day!!!! =x

Went dinner at a French cum thai restaurant. My dad ask e waiter 2 explain n intro wads on e menu, he's full of craps la, he dun even noe the wads the items on the list. He's like 'ya tis is foie gras, eh ya u noe that one n its veri nice'. I str8 away correct him ' its duck liver!' he ans ' ya i was abt to say tat.' KAOZ i slap u man! After all the rubbish, My dad ordered thai fish cake, spicy deepfry fish n rice. Sis ordered codfish n i ordered duck confit. The word to discribe all the dishes is 'SUCKS'! I've tried s mani western food, tis is the worst of all i've ate.
I went bp to meet up wif zj 2 go acoustic cele mz's bday. We chat alot in e bus like e past. We reached at abt 945pm den started 2 play pool on n off den chat alot to wait for meizhi 2 come. At 1st mz say she'll reach a 11pm but den more n more late la. Ah kor den tell mi he's closing acoustic at 2am. The veri last msg meizhi say tat she confirm will reach at 1.30am. At tat time i was veri veri angry liao, but denVeron n Alex keep on ask mi relax n stuff, when see her dun giv her ani tulan face or wad. Of coz i wun la coz is her bday afterall. She called mi when shes downstairs so i went down fetch her. She was still a distance 2 mi, de se's like crazy woman run to mi hug mi n carry mi up kaoz ha. K k after tat sng her bda sng n cut cake lor. We spend 15mins den go off le. Kor thx for the jug of tiger and accompany mi t wait for my fren =D THANKS THANKS! YDAY 17/8/07 FIREWORKS!
After work i went Jolyn hse to meet her. Help her with her cd thing, den we went 2 a nearby coffee shop 2 meet Ms Christine for dinner. Chat n crap alot, eh n e laksa is nice de lo. Finish eating Jolyn n mi went 2 get cab down 2 Fullerton there 2 watch fieworks. Be4 it start we're like sayin when e fireworks starts 2 shootup wad expressions or sound effects will the ppl watching it make. Haha den Jolyn say ' u see ah later they'll like woo wow wah, den if the bus go pass n block the view they'll OOiii!' hahahas. The bridge where we're standing is whole stretch den ma so if the bus block the whole stretch slowly, the pple will ' woo woh wow OIIII!' hahas
I realli love firewrks cox its realli veri beautiful n big lo. And its universal! Which means present everywhere whereby most countrys hav it and its big tt everyone gets 2 enjoy it 2gether. =) When the performance/show started with those colourful flying thing which they realli fly veri high controlled by humans. Its nt onli one, theres quite lotsa them. we're wondering if it bangs one another wad will happen. I onli noe its veri EX so it's veri pity if it juz spoilt lidat so seriously the pple controlling the flying thing is well trained. I oso want 2 hav one!! Ok den the fireworks start. Its nice but not as nice is New yr's de. But its k i enjoyed it coz i like.Its onli like 10mins+ n we remain standing there 2 wait 4 e crowd 2 SUBSIDE. Hehe the new word i learned. =\ After tat we went acoustic lo den lidat.

Its abt 230pm, was time 4 mi 2 keep my vege and other ingredients in e fridge n so i hav to go to the bar outside my kitchen 2 gt ice to put in every of my ingrediets container 2 keep fresh. After scoping ice n i turn back i saw Rus sitting at e bar. YES i was shocked, n i str8 asked him 'y r u here!?' He answered 'waitin 4 u n i wanna tok 2 u, i'll wait for u to knock off here.' I str8 away chase him off n had abit of aguement. I told him he wud'nt noe wad time im gg out of e hotel n stuff but he's nt stupid oso, he waited at the smokin point where staffs enter n leaves the hotel.
Tat point of time i cant siam him n stuff so we tok things out n i 4gived him coz at least he came n apologise n promised nt 2 bother me so much le, after tat he sent me home. OH anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRAKASH! =D
Reach hm i online awhile den Jolyn called me, n she on her webcam. P.S : shes using her own for the veri 1st time haha. We were chatting on fone, webcam-ing n msn. I was blogging n browsing frenster at tat time oso. Lihai rite yea i noe! =p Ok den she try 2 b funni infront of the webcam oso doing all the lame n funni actions, i oso di siao abit la after i get my webcam done. I brought Jolyn 2 cut her hair at a auntie's hse which i aways go de. One n onli person noes my hair condition well. Overall shes gd la. Ok den while waitin 4 her 2 gt her hair done, Rus called mi n as usual nag mi. EH RUS I WARN U REALLI STOP TOKING RUBBISH N NAG AT MI, I REALLI WILL IGNORE U. MOST OF MY FRENS SAY IF I IGNORE PPLE IS REALLI VERI IRRITATING N IGNORANT THOSE KIND SO DUN TRY ME!
Affter jolyn is done we walk pass a coffee shop den i saw Mr Rani n Mr wong e principal of my sec sch. He's so polite n cute =\ haha =D We went to a coffee shop selling 'zi cha (in hokkien)' 2 hav our breakfast+lunch n dinner. We ordered all e food tt i like 2 eat.
While we eating we chat abt lotsa thing but the worst part is jolyn keep on tokin abt SHIT things ggrrr. Nehmind i will 'bao chou' de. =p Atfer eatin went 2 xiao find xuan at Atm there den jolyn n mi went IMM 2 find her running machine. Oh yes its running machine 4 her! keke but too bad IMM dun hav so she go buy her Cd 1st den we went 2 JP AIBI 2 look n we found!! YAY! Every1 from diff dept was crazy abt their own things. Erm lik toking rubbish disurbing others wif jokes n stuff. Aftrmy morn set up as usual i went 2 collect my meat items n u noe wad i saw!!??? THIS!
den i shouted 'haiyo! earli morn gt shit here n so dry somemore.Ahh den crap here n there. The pple at butcher n garde-manger den say tats lamb la but is nt for eatin, its becoz gt left over den they make it 2 tis shape n bake it. Arrghhs yucks lor but seriouly it sell veri nice. haha.
My chef was crazy n kep on sayin lame joke n asking lame questions like' xw y 2day u nv smile 2 chef as u did most of e time'.... and theres some waste onions besidemy cutting board den my chef ue small knife n play wif it. Thn my service staff asked 'hey chf wad u doing?' den my chef ans 'hmm u tink im wrking rite bu im nt.' I jitao laug veri loud n cat stop coz it nake mi rmb the lines i said in a funny video Jolyn Cecilia n me acted. haha super funny.

Went for lunch wif ah yan and so of coz he asked abt wheres yvonne n how she she bla bla... He noes im pekcek over this quesions le but he's realli veri caring abt us de, so i tel him lo. As he worked wif von at sarawak be4 hav been frens for lotsa years le so he noes her character veri well. K den i duno y i suddenly tell him wad happen recently n stuff and some past tings tat he haven came in hilton. He's dissapointed. But he sas this is her, she 4ever is like tat nobody can chage her coz sh herself din even wana help herself whoelse will? She din even realli put herself into pple's shoes no matter wad probs her frens had so she never understands how to realli go n care, understand n giv a tot 2 pple. Yes i agree all this tas y i had enuff.

It was a veri sian day 4 mi at work, n the god so nice to me today as it's nt bsy =). Because was tired n so nt in a gd mood. I kep on walking ard all the kitchen floors to make mi awake arbo i nearly fell asleep standin in my kitchen. Realli nth 2 do. Luckily ah fang came back work part-time 2day arbo i more sian lo haiz. after smoking with her, at e lift, all the kitchen guys brought don the SINGAPORE NATIONAL DAY CAKE done by my hotel pastry chefs. It was damn funni la, its so big tat 11 of the guys need 2 carry 2gether al e way out 2 the lobby n to the truck. They carry til looks like they're carring "dead body". =X Im nt beingbad but if u take alook at the video u'll noe. Btw the cake is 70kg+. *wow wow*riddance

Today in e morning i was excited liao. Why? Coz 2day im gonn stay at hotel as a guest n walk freely everywhere i want! BBuut somethin pull mi down is tat i needa work. Was a busy day for mi,but no kok-up coz still can manage.
Abt 3pm Cecilia n Jolyn came Glow 2 find mi, n oso for lunch. They ordered vege curry n spicy chicken which r both our best sellers. GD CHOICE! But actually wanted 2 recomend things 2 u'll but i gt other orders. *excuses* =\ OK in e meanwhile i went check in e rm den both of them went up 1st. Its the excutive floor n the bed is wow wow de big. I went up awhile 2 put my clothes, then the both of them was planing a sall News video to act after i finish work.
The video is super funny la, go see Jolyn's blog 2 view the video den u'll noe wad im toking abt. They sper pro in doin tis la coz they can juz spill wrds out whenever they duno wad 2 continue. For me leh i oso duno wad i wan 2 say n i duno wad im sayin oso. =\
We waited for yvonne n cheryl cm hilton den we went down eat seafood buffet. I duno y i eat so much..keke. On n off Von n my collueges tok 2 us and hi here n there i tink the 3 of tem oso buah ta han. Like the whole world we know. We eat til the whole table is sill full of food. We cant even continue le coz full ti our stomach pop out le. OH best thing isit 50% off.
After tat all of us went back to the room, everyone started 2 lie on the bed watch tv. Cecilia n cheryl slept, den we take photos keke so funni. After awhile they woke up. Jolyn n Ceci took out a big bag which contans extra blanket n pillow. Then jolyn ask mi go in the big bag, so did i listen?? YES i did. take a look at the video la =p
The nxt day we din go for free breakfast buffet. But we ordered rm service food, beef horfun and wanton mee. Mama san very nice, she still gave us free ice-creams, fresh orange juice n fruit platter. CHOCO boxes oso and 5 ok! Regina came find us in our rm den eat my icecream n take my choco lo. Mm lidat lo, so tats my free stay at hilton for once a lifetime. Aiys so paiseh go without present, aniway i've been punished 2 eat up the rest of the donuts coz im late but i onli ae 3 of them and its super delicious lo. 31/7/2007 while chef is on leave n yea im alone working. After settin up n found out i haven cut power salad n i wan 2 go for earli break. I hav 2 complete cutting in 10mins. i ran 2 walk-in chiller at store 2 get some vege n i saw the water leakin again at the door. When im coming out i realli veri xiao xin liao but i duno why i fell lor. Its like falling on the metal u noe, pls imagine, i sit ther 4 5mins luckily no1 saw n came but i realli need pple 2 pull mi up but i struggle den get up n walk normally out of e store. Den i saw chef jeff, he asked mi ' eh xw i heard a big pom juz now wad thing drop huh, but i tink nth big la so i nv go in see?' kaoz i str8 away ans him 'chef if i die liao i tnk tml den u will discover.' i juz went off. Ok its like the whole day i act normal n work normally til every1 tinks im ok. Wow im so lihai = if chef is here i'll juz knn take mc. I shud tell them i fell n ask sm1 2 take over my place, kaoz duno y i dun wan.

HEY PH IS BACK!
Met her up at bakerzinn 2 hav dinner while she had lotsa things 2 tell mi. She told mi how she struggle thru tis 2 terrible yrs studying with assignments, reports, presentations, frens n probs. While pple who noe her thinks tat shes ok wif her studies n having lotsa fun over there. Trying so hard 2 do everything the best out of her n wad she gets nw. Criticized, being nt understand, unrespected...Whereby in tis situation frens will b by her side. BUT wheres all the "frens"! Ok nt she dun wanna tell u pple wads she happening all tis while, its juz tat so what if they tell u'll. U'll wun even care rite? Just will act super concern n fake infront of her n of coz she cnot take it. And 2 reverse she'll entertaining u'll like 'hey thanks for being so concern n listening'. All rubbish, n most of u noes shes back or coming back dun even wanna juz meet up 2 catch up by taking initiative 2 ask. Past few yrs back we're all so close n now?
